Brintons Announces New Distribution Strategy

Atlanta, GA, September 17, 2007--Brintons, manufacturers of wool-rich woven Axminster carpet, has a new marketing and distribution strategy for its residential carpet operations in the U.S. and Canada.

According to Steve Depport, group residential sales manager, the company focus is to direct marketing efforts toward high-end carpet specialty stores and the interior design community.

This will ensure there is sales representation in major markets throughout the US and Canada, a move that will enhance the company's ability to serve its US-based clientele. 

 

Brintons offers over 200 woven Axminster carpet styles in its stocked range collections, readily available for shipment from key distribution points around the world. The new residential operation will be managed by Brintons own distribution network based in Atlanta.

 

In addition, Depport said, “Our immediate priority is to ensure our product sampling is in place to support our dealer network. In taking control of our own distribution, we have already established a network of independent sales agents and employees to provide dealers with service on a local level.”

 

A new website and new autumn/winter 07 product brochure will be launched to support this business in September.
