BPS Named a Best Place to Work in Los Angeles

City of Industry, CA, Aug. 11, 2009--For the third consecutive year, California’s largest commercial carpet manufacturer Bentley Prince Street has been named one of the 2009 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

The publication ranked Bentley Prince Street as the second “Best Place to Work” among large employers (250 employees or more) in Los Angeles County.  The award identifies, recognizes and honors Los Angeles County’s best employers, benefiting the region's economy, its workforce and businesses.

The process included a rigorous analysis of every area of Bentley Prince Street’s business, collecting detailed data through an Infrastructure and Practices Inventory employer questionnaire that evaluated policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics.  The evaluation also included an Insight Employee Survey conducted among 250 randomly selected associates to measure their employee experience.
