BPS Achieves Climate Registered Status Again

Los Angeles, CA, Oct. 3. 2011 --  Bentley Prince Street said it has achieved Climate Registered status for the third year in a row.

BPS had to measure its carbon footprint according to The Climate Registry’s best-in-class program, then have it third party verified.

Measuring its carbon footprint with The Registry allows Bentley Prince Street to prepare for future regulation, identify inefficiencies and potential for cost savings, as well as provide data to customers and shareholders about its environmental performance.

Bentley Prince Street has been reporting to The Climate Registry since 2008. The company said that since 1996 it has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 61%.
