BOMA Launches Online Seminar

Washington, DC, Aug. 7--The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, the leading advocacy group for the commercial real estate industry, has launched a new online seminar that introduces best practices for enhancing relationships between property owners and managers and their tenants. The Tenant Retention and Satisfaction eSeminar was produced in partnership with Calgary-based eBridge Learning Solutions, Inc. According to BOMA International's Chairman and Chief Elected Officer John P. Kelly, RPA, Ryan Companies US, Inc., Minneapolis, Minn., "Today's tenants are increasingly demanding unlimited service in their rental agreements, and property owners and managers are expected to exceed, not just meet, their customers' expectations. "BOMA's new eSeminar offers owners and managers the strategies to exceed tenant expectations every time," he added. BOMA's Tenant Retention and Satisfaction eSeminar is an electronic seminar delivered over the Internet using full motion video, audio and graphics. The eSeminar is facilitated by Christopher Lee, Ph.D., president of Los Angeles-based CEL & Associates. Lee, an author and frequent lecturer, has over thirty years experience in strategic and long range planning, performance improvement, compensation, and organizational development within the real estate industry.
