Birger Juell Found Dead

Chicago, IL, Oct. 5, 2010--Birger Juell, whose flooring company was known for creating intricate custom floors for famous clients, was found dead along with his wife at a Wisconsin lake on Saturday. 

Birger Juell, 93, and his wife Anne S. Juell, 77, were found in Whitewater Lake Saturday. 

Juell founded his own flooring company Birger Juell Ltd., currently headquartered in the Merchandise Mart, in 1946.

The cause of the incident remained unknown Monday, the release said.
