Bill Wagner Named SVP of Innocor Foam Technologies

Red Bank, NJ, May 31, 2017-Innocor-a producer of polyurethane foam products, including carpet cushion-has named Bill Wagner senior vice president of Innocor Foam Technologies.

In that role, he will lead the organization’s commercial division.

Wagner joins Innocor after 28 years at Rohm and Haas and Dow, most recently as the global business director of the Dow construction chemicals business unit.

In February, Innocor was purchased by Bain Capital.
