BIG Increases Capital Investment in BerryAlloc

Waregem, Belgium, January 16, 2024-The Beaulieu International Group (BIG), owned by the De Clerck family, increased the capital investment in its subsidiary BerryAlloc by 42 million euros, following a write-off of 25 million euros. 

After both operations, BerryAlloc, manufacturer of hard laminate floors and parquet, has a capital of 76 million euros. A similar operation took place exactly one year ago when a loss of 26 million was written off, and 50 million euros of fresh capital was added. 

In the three financial years 2020 to 2022, the company incurred a cumulative loss of 51 million euros. Figures for 2023 are not yet known.
