Bid Deadline for Armstrong Assets Pushed Back Until June 23

Lancaster, PA, June 14, 2022--Armstrong's bid deadline for North American assets has been extended from June 14 until June 23.

The aunction for North American and whole company bids has been pushed out until June 27.

The deadline for a successful bidder to enter into a purchase agreement is now June 28.

Objections to the sale are due by June 23.

The U.S. asset auction was pushed back, so that all three of the business' asset groups (U.S., Australia and China) are sold at the same time.
