Bentley Mills names Jim Cusick president

Los Angeles, CA, April 23, 2026-Bentley Mills has appointed Jim Cusick as president, formalizing a role he has held on an interim basis since August 2025. The company is part of Belysse.

Cusick brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and flooring. According to the company, his background includes leading operations and developing teams, with a focus on long-term business performance.

“Jim has already driven meaningful progress in a short period of time,” said Cyrille Ragoucy, chairman of Belysse, noting that Cusick has led several initiatives during his interim tenure.

Cusick said his priorities include aligning the organization and maintaining operational flexibility as the company moves forward.

Bentley Mills said it plans to present updates on its business and product direction during Chicago’s Design Days, scheduled for June 8-10 at its Kinzie Street showroom.
