Belmont Textile Machinery Co. Buys Assets of BMB Enterprises
Dalton, GA, October 24, 2017-Effective October 1, Belmont Textile Machinery Company-which specializes in dyeing, heat setting, and winding automation-has purchased the assets of BMB Enterprises, located in Dalton, Georgia.
Belmont Textile Machinery is located in Mount Holly, North Carolina and is a long-established, family-owned textile machinery manufacturer and service company that was founded in 1955 by Marshall H. Rhyne, Sr. For over 50 years, Belmont Textile Machinery Company has developed and improved a line of machinery for the carpet industry, including its standard-setting Model 68-10 winder in 1968, its automatic doffing Model AD-35 winder, and its advanced EW models.
BMB specializes in refurbishment, installation and service of various types of BCF processing equipment such as heat setting, winding and twisting. It also offers control systems and automation for heat setting machinery as well as repair parts for existing heat setting tunnels.
BMB Enterprises will continue to operate as BMB Enterprises, as a division of Belmont Textile Machinery and all existing personnel will continue to serve in the Dalton area from the same location. This will assist in expanding the offering of Belmont parts and service locally within the Dalton, Georgia area in conjunction with the traditional business of BMB Enterprises.
