Fresno, CA, October 17, 2005---Bedrosians Tile & Stone acquired a 375,000-square-foot building in Anaheim, California. The transaction was valued at more than $24 million.
The building, located at 1515 Winston Road, has undergone renovation and is being used by Bedrosians as one of its Southern California warehousing and distribution centers.
Bedrosians is an independent importer and distributor of ceramic tile, natural stone and allied products has locations throughout California as well as locations in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada and Washington.
