The Company has agreed to pay a fine of $2.2 million plus $800,000 in costs associated with the prosecution and will be on probation for five years. No individuals were charged.

In addition, the Company and its owners, Carl M. Bouckaert and Mieke D. Hanssens (formerly Marie T. As part of the plea agreement, Carl M. Bouckaert, Chief Executive Officer of Beaulieu, and Mieke D.
