Beaulieu Announces Management Changes

Dalton, GA, April 12, 2012 -- Beaulieu is restructuring its management team, effective immediately.

Ralph Boe remains as chief executive officer and will guide the residential sales and marketing departments.

Reporting to Boe as part of the executive committee are Del Land and Peter Farley, who maintain their positions as chief financial offier and legal counsel, respectively.

New to the committee is Karel Vercruyssen as president and chief operating officer. He will also act as president of the Residential Division and handle its operations.

Vercruyssen is Beaulieu Canada CEO and president and will continue to have responsibility for the separately owned Beaulieu of Canada, Boe said.

Reporting to Vercruyssen are the Commercial Division, led by newly appointed Nicolas Bouckaert as president, and two newly formed divisions, Woven Fabrics, led by vice-president Phil Bates and Specialty Fabrics led by vice-president Hans Bakker.
