Charlotte, NC, August 10, 2006 -- Effective September 1, 2006, or as contracts allow, BASF will raise prices by four cents per dry pound in the United States and Canada on all Butonal high solids latex products supplied to the carpet, construction and foam industries.
This action is being taken as a result of increased energy, raw material, and transportation costs.
