Charlotte, NC, October 6 -- Effective November 1, 2004, or as contracts allow, BASF will raise prices in the United States and Canada by $0.05 per dry pound on all Butonal high-solids styrene butadlene latex products supplied to the carpet, construction, foam and tire industries.
