BASF to Host Sustainability Seminar

Dalton, GA, November 27, 2007 –BASF will host a Sustainability Seminar on November 28 at 1:30 p.m., at the BASF Carpet Center Technical Center at 2103 Fiber Park Drive in Dalton, Georgia.

Chris Bradlee of the BASF Ecology, Health and Safety department will be the featured speaker. The topics Bradlee will cover include: The Business Case for Sustainability; Sustainable Carpet Assessment Standard, NSF/ANSI Standard 140-2007; Marketing Sustainability; Eco-efficiency Analysis and Total Cost of Ownership studies; and How to Determine the Value of Sustainable Development Projects.

Although the seminar will focus on sustainability in the carpet industry, the topics to be covered will be of interest to those interested in learning more about the importance of sustainability in business.
