Charlotte, NC, Feb. 24--BASF Corporation will increase prices 11% on all residential bulked continuous filament (BCF) nylon carpet products and 4% to 7% on all commercial carpet nylon fiber products.
The price increases are effective for all orders for shipments on or after March 31. BASF joins DuPont and Solutia, who have already announced nylon fiber price increases.
