BASF Names Distribution Polymer Manager

Charlotte, NC, March 1, 2007--BASF has appointed Nancy M. Hoblack as Distributor Manager for the Functional polymers Regional Business Unit in North America. In her new role, Hoblack is responsible for managing relationships with all distributors that work with the BASF Functional Polymers business in the region as well as management of BASF’s Polyvinylpyrrolidone business, including technical applications.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry Education, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition to her business career, Nancy is an ice dancer, having won a silver medal in the U.S. adult figure skating national championship competition held in 2003.
