Balterio Responds to Unilin Suit

Sint-Baafs-Vijve, Belgium, July 20, 2007--Unilin filed a patent infringement suit (for the Dutch market) against Balterio, Spanolux and two its customers before the Gravenhage court in the Netherlands. That filing took place July 17.

Based on legal intellectual property advice, Balterio said it completely disagrees that it is infringing any of Unilin’s patents.

Balterio’s management said it is absolutely confident about the outcome of this case. It said this action will not change the way Balterio sells and markets its products in the Netherlands nor in any other market.
