Balterio Denies Infringing on Unilin Patent

Sint-Baafs-Vijve, Belgium, January 13, 2007--On Thursday January 11, 2007 Unilin claims to have filed a patent infringement suit (for the UK market), against Balterio and associated companies, before the Patent county court in London (UK). Based on legal intellectual property advise, Balterio completely disagrees that it is infringing any of Unilin’s patents, for as far these patents would be valid. Balterio’s management is absolutely confident about the outcome of this case. This action will not change the way Balterio sells and markets its products in the UK nor in any other market Balterio is selling to.
