Armstrong VCT Gets Environmental Certification

Lancaster, PA, July 10, 2012 -- Armstrong Commercial Flooring said it has been awarded NSF 332 Gold Level certification for its VCT products, which were certified by UL Environment.

The products are manufactured in the U.S. in Mississippi, Illinois and California.

Armstrong said VCT recycling also is part of the its cradle-to-cradle process designed to reduce environmental impact.

The NSF/ANSI Sustainability Assessment Standard for Resilient Floor Coverings was created to identify the environmental performance and sustainability attributes of products and to provide a method of tracking incremental changes to the products' sustainability profile.
