Armstrong Plans Layoffs in West Virginia

Beverly, WVA, January 14, 2008--Some workers at Armstrong World Industries' flooring plant in Beverly are going to lose their jobs due to the weak market.

The Lancaster, Pa.-based manufacturer makes flooring, ceiling and cabinet products. Tthe company expects to cut fewer than 20 jobs next month.

Armstrong has about 950 employees at the plant in Beverly.
