Armstrong Names New Vice President and Treasurer

Lancaster, PA, May 19, 2008--Armstrong has promoted Thomas J. Waters to vice president and treasurer.

Watersjoined Armstrong in 1998, serving most recently as general manager of financial planning and analysis for Armstrong floor products in North America.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and an MBA degree from University of California at Berkeley.
