Armstrong Human Resources VP Takes New Job
Lancaster, PA, Aug. 27, 2009--Armstrong's senior vice president of human resources is leaving after three years with the firm, according to Lancaster Online.
Donald A. McCunniff is leaving effective Monday for a new job.
He will receive $300,000 and an undisclosed amount of cash equal to the value of his current equity in unvested restricted shares and his "in-the- money" unvested stock options.
McCunniff, who was paid $1.1 million last year, also will get unspecified "benefits he is entitled to under his offer of employment letter," according to Tuesday's SEC filing.
Armstrong spokeswoman Beth Riley said McCunniff is taking a new job at a company in the South, "where he has his roots."
McCunniff joined Armstrong in 2006 after a 10-year stay at Honeywell International, where he became vice president of human resources for its engine systems and services division.
