Armstrong Flooring's Lockout of Unionized Workers Has Ended

Lancaster, PA, August 30, 2019-Armstrong Flooring’s lockout of unionized workers at its Dillerville Road plant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania has ended, after workers ratified a new labor agreement, according to Lancaster Online. 

“The 180 workers represented by United Steelworkers Local 285 are set to return to work next week, according to the company, nine weeks after Armstrong locked them out July 2.”

The plant continued operations during the lockout. 

The new contract runs through February 2022.
