Armstrong Flooring Announces Business Operations Restructuring

Lancaster, PA, March 7, 2017—Armstrong Flooring is embarking on an initiative to align its go-to-market structure by uniting its commercial and residential business operations. This realignment integrates the company’s residential and commercial sales, marketing and product management teams, and it also unites the resilient and wood manufacturing operations.

Under this new structure, Joe Bondi, formerly senior vice president – North America Residential, will now serve as senior vice president, chief product officer, with responsibility for R&D, design, resilient & wood product management, marketing, customer service and pricing. Dominic Rice, formerly senior vice president – commercial, will now serve as senior vice president, global operations and manufacturing, with responsibility for resilient & wood manufacturing, environmental health & safety, quality, engineering, procurement, demand & supply planning, and our Asia and Australia businesses.

Brent Flaharty, formerly vice president of residential sales, is now senior vice president, North America sales, with responsibility for sales and sales operations.
