Armstrong Adding Workers at Wood Plant

Lancaster, PA, March 27, 2012 -- Armstrong said it is adding workers at its Jackson, Tennessee wood flooring plant in anticipation of an economic and housing recovery.

The firm is adding 95 workers, according to the Jackson Sun newspaper. Armstrong had to lay off workers as the economy declined over the last four years.

Armstrong bought the Bruce Hardwood plant in 1998.
