Aquafil Considers IPO

Arco di Trento, Italy, --October 15, 2007--Aquafil SpA is considering an initial public stock offering on the Italian Stock Exchange next year.

The company said the project is intended to support the strategic growth of the company. More specifically, it will enable further penetration in rapidly growing market areas like the Far East, provide the financial resources for continue technological improvement and possible mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances.
