Anthony Minite Named Managing Director of Fletco's NA Operations

Los Angeles, CA, October 10 2016—Fletco Carpets, one of Denmark’s leading carpet manufacturers, announced today it has named industry veteran Anthony Minite as managing director of its new United States and Canadian operations.

Minite, successfully ran Bentley Prince Street (BPS) as president for 11 years and ultimately was part of the team that purchased BPS from its parent company Interface in 2012.

Minite will lead a strategic plan for Fletco to expand into the U.S and Canada. The company will be partnering with Spartan Surfaces and Sustainable Surfaces to expedite its expansion in the marketplace.

Fletco Carpets will officially launch at NeoCon East in Philadelphia next month.

Richard Jensen founded Fletco over 70 years ago, establishing and developing the carpet production that has made Fletco Carpets one of Denmark´s leading carpet manufacturers. Jensen managed Fletco Carpets until his death in 1982, when his sons took over the ownership and daily management of the company. Today, Benny, Bent and Brian Jensen combine decades of solid experience at the heart of the Scandinavian textiles industry with present-day international technology. Their commitment to quality, innovation, and efficiency is evident in the award-winning products they continue to deliver.

To expedite growth into the U.S. and Canadian marketplace, Minite has tapped into his network of industry experts and developed strategic partnerships with Spartan Surfaces and Sustainable Surfaces as he builds out the distribution strategy for the company. The expansion will begin simultaneously throughout the United States and Canada starting with Spartan Surfaces on the East Coast, Southeast and part of the Midwest and Sustainable Surfaces on the West Coast.
