Anso to Hold Annual Fall Carpet Sale

Dalton, GA, April 28, 2005--Anso nylon, a premium brand of Shaw Industries external fiber sales and marketing, announces the fifth annual “Anso Nylon National Carpet Sale” to be held Sept. 1, 2006, through Oct. 16, 2006. The event is designed to drive consumer awareness and increase sales during the busiest carpet buying season of the year and has been a sharp business-driving tool for dealers since its introduction in 2001. Qualified Anso Advantage Account (AAA) dealers as well as Shaw’s Couture and Anso Visions’ dealers are invited to register for this exciting event from May 1- June 16 to receive all the incentives the program offers them, their retail salespeople and their customers. The 2006 fall sale is themed “Sense The Season” to coincide with all the senses felt during the fall months--the smell of logs burning in the fireplace, warm pumpkin pies and turkeys basting in the oven, sounds of crowds cheering the home team, beautiful fall leaves and, of course, the luxurious feel of new carpet. For this year’s promotion, Anso nylon is again providing a wide array of incentives for participants including the “Choose Your Cruise” sweepstakes that will award an Alaskan or Caribbean cruise for two awarded to eligible retail salespeople in a random drawing in early January 2007. Participating retail salespeople can also earn up to a $20 bonus for every qualifying sale of carpet made with Anso nylon during the promotion period. Participating dealers who sign up for this year’s promotion will receive specially prepared POP materials to display throughout retail locations. Retailers who use their own advertising that includes the Anso Nylon National Carpet Sale logo will also earn up to a 60 percent reimbursement. There will be additional advertising and in-store materials for those dealers who feature the Couture or Anso Visions collections in their showroom. Other key benefits for dealers include marketing support tools that provide the opportunity to maximize co-op funds.
