Annie Cowart Named SVP of Shaw Flooring Network

Dalton, GA, January 23, 2026-Shaw has announced that Annie Cowart has been named senior vice president (SVP) of the Shaw Flooring Network (SFN), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening the network and supporting long- term growth for its members.

Cowart brings more than two decades of experience at Shaw, with leadership roles spanning customer experience, operations, supply chain, and both commercial and residential businesses. She is known for aligning teams around shared priorities, simplifying complexity, and building strong partnerships.

“Annie brings deep Shaw experience, a strong customer-first mindset and a proven ability to turn strategy into action,” said Benjamin Liebert, President of Shaw Residential. “Under her leadership, Shaw Flooring Network will operate as a unified, integrated team, supported by dedicated leaders focused on member loyalty, customer programs, and showroom design.”

“Her appointment provides continuity as SFN builds momentum in 2026 through program enhancements, new merchandising initiatives, and upcoming network events designed to support growth and collaboration,” said Liebert.

Cowart will also partner closely with Ryan Powell, vice president of retail, to co-develop the SFN strategy and bring programs and initiatives to life through a comprehensive, integrated retail sales strategy.

Danny Crutchfield held this position prior to his retirement.
