Analyst Again Says To Sell Pfleiderer Shares
Frankfurt, Germany, Aug. 12, 2008--Ingbert Faust, financial analyst at equinet AG, reiterated his sell rating on the stock of Pfleiderer.
He noted that Pfleiderer is not able to actively set prices. In addition, the company suffers from unfavorable exchange rates.
The analysts believe that profit margins in the West Europe business segment will start declining in the second half of the year. Pfleiderer already indicated such a scenario when the company spoke of potential pressure on margins in the case of weaker economic growth.
The final figures of the second quarter were in line with the disappointing preliminary numbers.
