Amtico Products Achieve GreenGuard Certification

Atlanta, GA, November 13, 2007--Amtico International said its Amtico, Arteca, Stratica and Spacia resilient flooring have achieved GreenGuard Indoor Air Quality Certified status and the GreenGuard Children and Schools standard.

The GreenGuard Certification Program is the only industry-independent program for low-emitting products.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ranks indoor air pollution as one of the top five risks to human health. Airborne chemicals and indoor air pollutants that contribute to this risk can be reduced by selecting products with low chemical emissions, such as those baring the GreenGuard mark.
