Amici International Opening Showroom in Dubai

Lebanon, NJ, Dec. 12, 2008--Amici International is moving for the first time into Dubai, U.A.E., with a new showroom set for a grand opening to retail buyer customers at the end of this month.

The showroom – which is already open to some members of the trade, including architects, interior designers and hospitality companies – targets commercial and residential development currently underway in the Middle East and cities throughout Asia, and will be open only to the trade only.

The site is stocked with rug products from India, Nepal and China as well as broadloom goods made in Italy and India, all carried by Amici International to service European and Asian retailers.

There is also a wide selection of Amici Imports USA rug products in an effort to help the company globally expand this North American side of its business, said Chuck Cashin, vp sales for Amici Imports USA.

“This was the next logical step for our company, as we already have offices and distribution in Europe,” said Jeff DeSantis, president of Amici International.

Amici International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amici Imports USA.
