AMEX To Delist Congoleum on March 24

New York, NY, March 12, 2008--The American Stock Exchange said it will delist the Class A common stock of Congoleum Corporation effective March 24, unless it is postponed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

AMEX earlier provided notice to Congoleum Corporation of the decision, and Congoleum indicated it would not challenge the notice.
