America's Floor Source Announces New Corporate Campus

Columbus, OH, December 1, 2016—America’s Floor Source is currently in the process of planning its 2017 expansion. Over the past sixteen years, the company has grown from a six-person start-up nestled behind a small church to a successful flooring enterprise with 180 employees, five store locations, a fleet of company vehicles and mobile showrooms, and an expected 2016 revenue exceeding $75 million.

Now that the company has outgrown its Columbus, Ohio headquarters, CEO Jason Goldberg is ready to bring another vision to life: a corporate campus.

The company recently purchased an unoccupied office building and four acres of land that sit adjacent to the largest Columbus showroom and main offices. On December 5, the company will begin renovation of the newly acquired 9,600 square foot office space, which will become the new home for the executive team and several other departments. The location will be include office and conference rooms with modern furniture and state of the art technology including virtual whiteboards for training and video conferencing hardware to increase connectivity between its locations in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

In addition, America’s Floor Source will be constructing a 40,000 square foot building; this structure will house a workroom for carpet binding and custom area rugs, a training center for installers and field technicians, a clearance center for deeply discounted flooring products, and an expansive warehouse.

The final 12-acre corporate campus will have three buildings totaling 125,000 square feet and is expected to be completed by midsummer of 2017.
