Alloc President Wennerth Resigns

Racine, WI July 11, 2007-- Alloc Inc. has announced that Claes Wennerth has resigned his position as president of the company to pursue other interests.  Bengt Rasin, CEO of the Alloc group, will assume the president's position.

Kevin Murphy, vice-president of residential sales will now assume responsibility for commercial sales as well.
