Alliance Flooring Names Rachel Stanley VP of Member Experience

Alpharetta, GA, February 9, 2026-Alliance Flooring named Rachel Stanley vice president of member experience, an executive role focused on delivering a member experience that drives engagement, retention and long-term member value.

Stanley, the daughter of Alliance Flooring cofounder and chairman of the board Ron Dunn and sister of co-CEO Ryan Dunn, brings 15 years of experience building and scaling customer experience, adoption, and retention functions across technology and manufacturing organizations. Most recently, she served as vice president of customer experience at Brava Roof Tile, where she built and led a 25-person CX organization supporting revenue growth from $125 million to $225 million. Prior to that, she was vice president of customer experience at Banzai, a SaaS marketing technology company that went public in 2023, where she led customer success, onboarding, and support initiatives that achieved 115% net revenue retention.

In her new role, Stanley will lead Alliance Flooring’s Member Experience strategy, serving as the voice of the member at the executive level. She will focus on strengthening program adoption, improving engagement and retention and ensuring members clearly understand and realize the financial value of Alliance programs.
