Lancaster, PA, August 1, 2022-In a settlement filed July 29, Armstrong Flooring Inc. (AFI) agreed to pay $1 million to Armstrong World Industries (AWI) for the right to use to the Armstrong brand name.
As part of the agreement, AWI has agreed not to appeal the ruling by the bankruptsy court.
These details were revealed through a filing with the bankputcy court.
