60 Minutes Rebroadcasts Lumber Liquidators Story & Adds New Information

Toano, VA, August 17, 2015—Last night, 60 Minutes revisited its Lumber Liquidators story, first broadcast in March, and told the Sunday night viewers what has happened since its report was first broadcast in early March. 

 

  • Two months after the story aired, all Chinese manufacturered laminate flooring was pulled from the shelves
  • CEO resigned
  • CFO replaced
  • Merchandising officer in charge of sourcing laminate flooring in China was fired
  • Multiple government agencies, including Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Department of Justice and the California Air Resource Board, are continuing to investigate
