Chattanooga, TN, Feb. 16--Tricycle, Inc., a leader in surface simulation and design technology, announces a cooperating partnership with Cobble USA and Cobble Blackburn (UK).
The agreement includes installations of state-of-the-art Apso Design Centers at both Cobble locations and gives Tricycle pre-market access to Cobble’s advances in CAM technology facilitating integration with award-winning SIM technology and the upcoming Apso Tufted Designer Pro software.
“This alliance with Cobble gives Tricycle the ability to offer immediate access to simulation of Cobble tufted products as they are launched into the marketplace,” said Jonathan Bragdon, Tricycle President. “We can service our customers without a delay in development time and continue offering superior simulation technology to the carpet industry.”
Robert Forrest, Operations Director at Cobble USA said, “We are pleased to be adding two Apso Design Centers to our existing facilities. In addition to the improved CAD offering, we will be able to offer our customers digital samples of their proposed carpet products more quickly and effectively through Tricycle’s SIM+Factory bureau service.”
The Sim+Factory is a SIM production facility that provides a convenient, low-risk service for fast and accurate digital product sampling. The product called a SIM+Strike is a digital carpet sample made by combining yarn color data, tufting machine data and design data.
