Redi Carpet Acquires Seagull Floors

Stafford, TX, Dec. 8, 2010 -– Multi-family flooring contractor Redi Carpet said it has acquired Seagull Floors, a multi-family flooring contractor with locations in Atlanta, Dallas, Tampa, and Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. 

Redi Carpet said the acquisition will help with its overall growth strategy.

“This acquisition represents a tremendous opportunity for Seagull Floors and Redi Carpet," said Redi Carpet CEO Greg Waleke.

"We continue to grow our company so that we are properly positioned to support all of our customers nationally.” He added that Seagull has a strong customer base.

“The combined businesses give us greater geographic coverage, enhanced capabilities, and greater access to people and resources within the industry," said Ken Leadingham, Seagull’s president.
