Monroe Capital Supported Tower Three's Acquisition of Parterre

Chicago, IL, September 7, 2017-Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Parterre Flooring & Surface Systems by private equity sponsor Tower Three Partners.

Based in Wilmington, Massachusetts, and founded over 25 years ago, Parterre is one of the oldest designers and marketers of specialty commercial luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and plank products.
