Leggett & Platt Uses New Technology in Cushion

Carthage, MO, Aug. 26, 2011 -– Leggett & Platt’s Carpet Cushion Division has rolled out a new carpet cushion that features what it calls "microblend" technology.

The techology is a new way to process recycled content, densely packing millions of micro-sized foam particles.

The company said its new Advanced Comfort System products have a consistent feel throughout the cushion and unprecedented levels of comfort and enhanced durability.

The products also incorporate an antimicrobial. They are 100% recyclable and are made with Leggett & Platt’s patented natural seed oil polyol.
