Sonic Floor, from the company's Perfect Floor Collection, not only looks but sounds and feels like a real hardwood floor. Its integrated underpad of felted rubber buffers noisy footsteps and eliminates the "hollow sound" typical of some laminate floors. Unlike a foam underpad, rubber will not compress or absorb moisture. With Kronopol’s no-glue Clic system and an attached underpad, the Sonic floor is quick and easy to install or remove.
The Sonic Floor has a 30-year warranty and is available in standard textured wood grain or embossed wood grain finishes. The series also includes Sonic Floor Plus Embossed, with a lifetime residential warranty for staining, fading and wear, and industry-leading moisture resistance. Both measure 7.8 mm thick.
The Sonic Floor comes in nine different wood choices, including Palermo Alder, Wild Cherry, Oak Floor, Country Oak, Gunstock, Turkish Alder, Antique Oak, Oregon Oak and Birch. Sonic Floor Plus Embossed is available in Sutter Oak and Honey Beech.
