Invista Launches Antron Brilliance Fiber

Chicago, IL, June 13, 2006--Invista, the manufacturer of Antron carpet fiber, announced the launch of Antron Brilliance carpet fiber. The company called the introduction, an innovation in fiber engineering that delivers richer, more vibrant color along with the proven soil hiding capability of a hollow filament fiber shape. "The Antron Brilliance carpet fiber modernizes the Antron fiber styling toolbox with extreme color clarity and a more natural luster," said Bobby Berrier, Invista's vice president, Commercial/Transportation Flooring. "Antron Brilliance carpet fiber can be used alone or in combination with other Antron fibers, including solution dyed nylon and the Antron Fiber Effects Soie, Glimmer and Merino fibers." The new color vibrancy available in the Antron Brilliance government and hospitality interior designers and facility managers to infuse rich color into a traditional atmosphere that had limited color carpet fiber choices. Antron Brilliance carpet fiber shows less wear in highly trafficked areas while maintaining excellent appearance, especially in tip shear constructions. Antron Brilliance carpet fiber is constructed with type 6,6 nylon polymer, superior fiber engineering and DuraTech soil resistance chemical treatment. All carpet styles of the Antron Brilliance carpet fiber are tested against the Antron Performance Standards Program, the highest fiber performance standards for carpet durability. Antron Brilliance carpet fiber is backed by a 10-year Fiber Loss from Abrasive Wear Limited Warranty and a Lifetime Antistatic Limited Warranty.
