DTI Names Transportation Flooring Business Manager
Kennesaw, GA, Aug. 7--DuPont Textiles & Interiors (DTI), the largest integrated textile fiber and interiors business in the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Russell Pike to the position of transportation flooring business manager.
A veteran in the performance fiber industry in both North America and Europe, Pike has nearly 25 years of experience including the past 13 years with DuPont Nylon Flooring, where he was most recently the flooring global supply chain manager. Before coming to North America, Pike worked at DuPont Germany as business strategist for Flooring Europe. Throughout the course of his career, he has won multiple industry awards, including the DuPont Marketing Excellence Award for the launch of DuPont branded bath rugs in Europe. Pike served as chairman of the International Textile Institute's Floorcoverings Section from 1993-95.
