Dalton, GA, Nov. 5, 2009–The Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) said that Frank Hurd has been re-elected as chairman of the board.
Hurd also serves as the vice president and COO for the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI).
Other board members elected include treasurer Brendan McSheehy, director of research and development for Universal Fiber Systems, and secretary Jeremy Stroop, operations manager for CARE.
