Bridgeway Interactive Speaks at Homex 2007

Sausalito, CA, March 23, 2007--Jay Flynn, VP of Sales & Marketing for Bridgeway Interactive spoke on the importance of gearing your advertising to the needs of today’s marketplace in Long Beach, California on March 15, 2007.  Jay was part of a distinguished group that spoke to the need for “Innovative Marketing Strategies for Challenging Times”.

Jay captured the attendee’s attention - represented by leading builders primarily from the Western United States, by stressing that today’s home buyer demands interactive content in making their home buying decision, and builders must extend that experience beyond when the home buyer signs their contract.  Approximately 80% of home buyers utilize the internet in searching for a new home, yet few builders extend that dynamic, interactive experience into the post-contract stages.

Jay communicated how Bridgeway Interactive can improve the home buyer experience through their Design Center Solutions (DCS), Builder Process Solutions (BPS), and Trainingspace (TS) programs.  DCS offers customized multi-media tools, technology and training for builders and interior finish contractors.  BPS – and BPS Custom - offers the builder industry a video series to educate home buyers on every facet of the home buyer experience, from purchase through warranty.  Trainingspace (TS) provides live and online training applicable to every builder or interior finish contractor employee that interacts with the home buyer.

Homex was highlighted by the diversity of panel discussions, the awards dinner that raised funds for Habitat for Humanity, and the opportunity for suppliers to meet with builders from across the country.  As a first year event, Homex provided a foundation to grow on for the future benefit of the industry.
