Beaulieu Offers Hollytex U.P. Service Guarantee

Dalton, GA, May 10, 2006--Beaulieu of America announced a new service policy on Hollytex Ultimate Performance, one of their best selling collections. The Hollytex Ultimate Performance collection now offers a service guarantee to be in stock or Beaulieu will reimburse the retail sales professional for commission lost if the order is cancelled. As of May 1, 2006, Beaulieu unveiled a new program that allows retailers to offer Hollytex Ultimate Performance styles with complete confidence. If Beaulieu cannot ship one of these products within five working days of order receipt, the company will pay the retail sales professional their lost commission on any order cancelled for non-delivery (up to a $100.00 maximum amount per incident). To file a claim, the dealer has to provide a copy of their sales ticket indicating the amount of lost commission and the mill reference number, or the cancellation number that Beaulieu Customer Service gave them at the time the order was cancelled. A claim form can be obtained from any Beaulieu Territory manager. Pete Ciganovich, executive vice president of sales & marketing for Beaulieu says “The new service policy is being instituted to show the dealer base that Beaulieu not only makes the best quality products, but backs them up with shelf stock for immediate delivery. The worst thing that can happen is an order the retail sales professional expended a lot of time and energy on, gets cancelled because the mill cannot ship it within an acceptable time frame. The sales person should not be penalized for non-performance on our account.”
